Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pages & Petals Bookstore. Every book in our collection is a one-of-a-kind treasure, and we take great care to make sure it arrives safely in your hands.

Processing & Handling Time

Because many of our titles are rare, vintage, or antique, each order is carefully inspected and individually packed before shipment. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and handling. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

We treat every book as the irreplaceable artifact it is. All orders are packed with acid-free tissue, rigid cardboard protection, and bubble wrap as needed to guard against bending, moisture, and impact in transit. Fragile or particularly delicate volumes receive additional custom packaging at no extra charge.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Free Economy Shipping — $0.00 (our gift to you on qualifying orders)
  • Economy Shipping — $4.00
  • Standard Shipping — $8.00
  • Express Shipping — $19.00

Free shipping on orders over $99 is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination, but you can generally expect:

  • Economy: 5–8 business days
  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated by carrier (USPS and DHL Express) based on your destination and the weight of your order — you'll see the exact rate at checkout before completing your purchase.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • USPS International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • DHL Express International: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
